In this month’s edition of Getting to Know iSalus, we interview one of our Care Specialists, Sarah Inpongpan. She helps the HealthWatch team provide patient care to all patients participating in our Chronic Care Management program.

Q: How long have you been with iSalus Healthcare?

I’ve been with iSalus a little over a year.

Q: What is your go-to productivity trick?

I like to listen to music to stay productive!

Q: What is the biggest misconception people have about your position?

That all we do is talk to patients.

Q: What was your first job?

I was a cashier at JCPenney.

Q: Where did you study?

Vincennes University.

Q: If you could live anywhere where would it be?

Anywhere tropical, I hate cold weather!

Q: What advice would you give to your teenage self?

Listen to my parents.

Q: If you were reincarnated as an animal, what would it be?

A dog!

Q: What profession other than your own would you most like to attempt?

Nursing.

Q: What is your favourite pastime?

I love listening to music.

Q: If you could only have three apps on your smartphone, which would you pick?

Chase Mobile, Snapchat and Apple Music.

Q: What was your favourite trip?

Thailand!

Q: Any favourite local eats that you’d recommend?

You’ve gotta go to Morelos for tacos.

Q: What’s the first concert you ever went to?

Hilary Duff was the first concert. Chris Brown was the best concert.

Q: What’s the weirdest food you’ve ever eaten?

Sushi!

Q: What’s one song you have completely memorized?

Basically all Christmas music.
