In this month’s edition of Getting to Know iSalus, we interview our VP of Implementation, Adam Kaiser.
Adam and the Implementation team manage anything related to the onboarding of new customers which includes data conversions, database/feature setup, template customizations, software training, and other practice workflow improvements.
Read on as we get to know one of our talented leaders.
Almost 9 years (September 2011). I enjoy working with my amazing coworkers along with meeting new people and building long lasting partnerships. It sure is rewarding to take a practice start to finish and see all the hard work result in an efficient practice with improved patient care.
Coffee, music, a prioritized to-do list, and an up-to-date calendar. And more coffee!
Landscaping and laying sod with Moster Turf.
Indiana University Bloomington – I studied Informatics with a minor in Psychology.
I would move back closer to my hometown where I grew up on a farm in southeastern Indiana. I enjoy being outdoors with plenty of land and close to my family (although, in the past, I lived in downtown Indy for many years).
Do not rush to grow up.
How to successfully lead a team remotely through these crazy times. It is critical as we have a lot of amazing groups to onboard to our Choice Platform.
I would be a dog.
Day trader – a fast paced role that requires both technical analysis skills and staying up to date with current events.
Hanging with family and friends playing games of cornhole. It sure gets competitive!
Chase, Stocktwits, and Facebook (Marketplace).
Rattlesnake!
My favorite trip was in Santorini, Greece for my honeymoon.
First concert was Journey. The best was Eric Church.
Ale Emporium. The wings and pizza got me hooked!
Lots of country songs, however you would not want to hear me sing them!
We love Adam’s go-to productivity tricks and dedication to the Implementation team and our clients. We’re also jealous of his and his wife’s honeymoon spot and wish we could be in Greece right now!
