Getting to Know iSalus: Marisa Witzerman

Welcome to our newest edition of Getting to Know iSalus!  Marisa Witzerman leads on of our teams of Medical Assistants in our HealthWatch division as they provide Chronic Care Management services to qualified patients every day of the week.  She loves the mountains and staying up late.  Read on to learn more:

  • What is your role at iSalus?
    • Team Lead, Medical Assistant
  • How long have you been with iSalus and what is your favorite part of the job?
    • I’ve been with iSalus for one year this month. What I Love most is helping patients every day.
  • If you could live anywhere, where would it be?
    • I’d love to live in the country, maybe Tennessee. More than likely in the mountains on some with land of my own.
  • What sound of noise do you hate?
    • When people chew gum loudly.
  • What is your favorite pastime or hobby?
    • I love to go hiking and just being outdoors in general.
  • What profession, other than your own, would you most like to attempt?
    • I’d like to try interior design and flipping houses.
  • Are you a morning person or a night owl?
    • Definitely a night owl.
  • What is your favorite trip or vacation?
    • My favorite was Disney World.
  • Are you a beach or a mountain person?
    • I love the mountains.
  • What is your favorite food or local place to go for a meal or treat?
    • Texas Roadhouse.
  • Anything else we should know?
    • I have a 7-year-old daughter.
