AnywhereCare Text Message Terms

 

 

  1. AnywhereCare is a telehealth technology solution provided by iSalus that allows your healthcare provider to conduct appointments and communicate with you remotely.

  2. By downloading and using the AnywhereCare application, agreeing to meet with your healthcare provider using AnywhereCare, or opting in to the AnywhereCare service you are providing your consent to receive SMS messages to facilitate your healthcare.

AnywhereCare is intended to allow you to conduct a telehealth appointment with your healthcare provider.  This process requires a text message to be sent to you to begin your appointment.  This message will contain a URL that will allow you to initiate your appointment.  Your healthcare provider may also send you additional SMS messages through AnywhereCare related to services you receive from your healthcare provider.

  4. You can cancel the SMS service at any time, by replying by text “STOP” to the number. After you send the SMS message “STOP”, you will receive an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, you will need to sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

  5. If, at any time, you forget what keywords are supported, just reply by text “HELP” to the number. After you send the SMS message “HELP”, you will receive a message with instructions on how to use our service as well as how to unsubscribe.

  6. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

  7. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to or from you. You will receive a varying number of messages based on the number of visits you have with your healthcare provider.
