Michael Hall founded iSalus Healthcare in 2000, and for the first 11 years he led all product design and development for the company. Over those years, he has served in varying capacities as Chief Executive Officer, President and Chief Information Officer.
Hall has navigated iSalus from inception to a profitable organization with a number of strategic partnerships and end-users throughout the United States and within 45 distinct specialties.
Prior to iSalus, Hall served in a variety of IT positions with Alltel, American Trans Air (ATA), Fidelity Investments, and Conseco. With more than 21 years of experience in the information technology world, Hall has managed all aspects of software development.
His experience spans multiple industries, including health care, insurance, airline, publishing and banking. He has also developed products of various sizes, from small 10-user systems to large applications supporting more than 15,000
users across 1,000 locations. During that time, he participated in the design and development of advanced cloud-based software systems, and directed the technical deployment into large financial institutions.
Hall received his bachelor's degree from Ball State University. He is an active volunteer with The Timmy Global Health Foundation, and has traveled several times overseas in support of the nonprofit’s work with disadvantaged youths. He also enjoys lifting
weights and playing an occasional game of Rugby.
Dr. Chuck Dietzen, the co-founder of iSalus Healthcare, draws upon more than 25 years of healthcare experience to understand the working relationship between physicians, hospitals, patients and payers. Using this knowledge, he guides the
development of OfficeEMR, iSalus Healthcare’s web-based Electronic Medical Record and Practice Management solution to ensure it meets industry demands.
Dr. Dietzen is the founder and president of Timmy Global Health (formerly the Timmy Foundation), an Indianapolis-based nonprofit that works to expand access to health care, empower student and medical volunteers to engage directly in global
development and tackle global health challenges. In addition, Dr. Dietzen serves as medical program consultant for Bradford Woods, management consultant for the Franciscan St. Francis Healthcare System, medical director of Easter Seals
Crossroads and medical director for CHAMP Camp for children with tracheostomies and respiratory support. He is a frequent contributor to numerous medical trades, and has presented all over the world about pediatric afflictions and access
to health care.
Dr. Dietzen earned his bachelor’s degree in agriculture from Purdue University and his doctor of medicine from Indiana University. He received his training as a pediatric physical medicine and rehabilitation specialist at the University
of Alabama Birmingham. He currently serves as a member of the Timmy Global Health Foundation Board, the IF Foundation Board, the IU School of Medicine Alumni Board, the University of Indianapolis Occupational Therapy School Advisory
Board and the New Hope Board.
As iSalus Healthcare's Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Pat McDoanld leverages his years of experience in finance and accounting to drive and support rapid growth and operational success. Pat
is responsible for finance, accounting, legal, human resources, and facilities. As a result of Pat’s future strategic leadership and operational support provided, all other iSalus’ departments will have the ability to focus on providing
the best cloud-based medical software, services and customer experience in the industry.
As a finance executive and leader, Pat brings more than 8 years of experience in accounting and finance in both public and private companies. Pat joins iSalus after serving 3 years as the Corporate Tax Manager for Defender Direct, a privately
owned premium provider of ADT security systems. During his tenure with Defender, Pat led a team of individuals in saving the company substantial tax dollars while strategically positioning the company for extensive growth. The company
expanded top line sales significantly during his time at Defender, growing from $350M to almost $500M. Prior to Defender Direct, he spent 5 years in Public Accounting at Katz, Sapper and Miller (KSM). While at KSM, he advised clients
on high level business decisions surrounding accounting, finance, and tax. Further, he assisted clients in planning to sell existing businesses and purchase new businesses.
Pat holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Finance from Indiana University (Indianapolis) and is a licensed CPA in the State of Indiana. He serves on the Board of Directors for School on Wheels, a local non-profit committed to ending the cycle of
homelessness through education. Further he serves on the Board of Directors for DARE Indiana. In 2013, he was recognized as one of Indy’s Best and Brightest Young Professionals by Junior Achievement of Central Indiana. Pat lives on the
North side of Indianapolis with his wife, Amy, and his 6 year old Cockapoo, Ginger.
Kraig is the former CEO of iSalus Healthcare, where he helped grow the company from 6 clients in the state of Indiana, to over 60 clients in 32 states in less than 2 years. Kraig is an Alumnus of Harvard Business School and also holds a graduate degree in Management and undergraduate degrees in Business and Accounting.
As a certified Strategy Professional utilizing the Balanced Scorecard, Kraig brings significant experience in building effective organizations and strategically aligning corporate efforts, with a strong emphasis on business development. Kraig is a past board member of the Indiana Healthcare Financial Management Association, where he served as the chair of the Legislation Committee and was responsible for planning the annual Legislative Institute meeting. Kraig also served as an advisory to Newt Gingrich and his Center for Healthcare Transformation, focusing on the deployment of Electronic Medical Records. He served on various Regional and National committees for the Medical Group Management Association (MGMA) and Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society. Kraig brings vast experience to the ProfitableMD team and a strong understanding of the healthcare industry.
Renae Rossow believes whole-heartedly that marketing success is directly tied to well-planned strategies put in place before the campaign ever begins. She works diligently to research the target demographic in order to engage them in their space with a strategy based on true data. She is passionate about understanding the marketing journey from beginning to end.
As CMO for iSalus Healthcare, Renae works with her team to research personas, gather information and statistics, create a game plan and engage the audience in such a way that they not only connect, but become ambassadors of our brand. Having almost 25 years of experience, Renae understands that each demographic is different and requires a distinct type of integrated strategy to be successful.
Kim has more than 15 years of experience working with government commercial payers and electronic medical records.
Prior to iSalus, Poland worked at WellPoint in mergers and acquisitions, managing the consolidation of 13 individual state plans into the Anthem/WellPoint consolidated business platform. Poland achieved this by working with each area within
the state’s functional departments to ensure a successful implementation while minimizing the business disruptions. She was also critical in consolidating AdminaStar Federal, Empire Federal and United Government Services into National
Government Services – the country’s largest fiscal intermediary for Medicare/Medicaid transaction services. Prior to joining iSalus, she was Chief of Staff for WellPoint CEO Angela Braly for two years.
Kim earned her bachelor's degree at Thomas More College in Kentucky. She is actively involved with the Indianapolis and Johnson County Humane Societies and is also a member of The Northern Kentucky Board of Special Olympics.
Blake Head has been with iSalus Healthcare since 2008. Throughout Blake’s tenure at iSalus, he has worked in nearly every role within the Support and Implementation departments. As VP of Product Development, Blake will be focused on innovation - specifically as it relates to initiatives in Population Health.
Dr. V. Simon Abraham serves as chairman of the board for iSalus Healthcare and has held that position since 2010.
Dr. Abraham is currently the surgical director of the Children’s Heart Center at the Peyton Manning Children’s Hospital in Indianapolis. Additionally, he serves as partner and pediatric cardiothoracic surgeon for CorVasc MDs, one of the
largest cardiac, thoracic and vascular surgical practices in the U.S. Previously, Dr. Abraham spent time as an assistant professor in the Department of Surgery at the University of Kentucky’s College of Medicine, as well as an instructor
in the Department of Surgery at Johns Hopkins School of Medicine. Dr. Abraham earned his bachelor of science from Haverford College in Pennsylvania and his doctor of medicine from the University of Chicago’s Pritzker School of Medicine.
He received his training at Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore. He is currently involved with a variety of professional organizations, including the Old Hands Society, John Alexander Society, Society of Thoracic Surgeons and American Academy of Pediatrics.
Dr. Abraham is also a fellow at the American College of Surgeons.
