As iSalus continues to gain momentum and grow our team, we’re truly excited to bring on multiple new staff members that we know are going to have an incredible impact on our company overall. Change can seem a little daunting and overwhelming as it occurs, and in the past six months we’ve seen that change in motion both at iSalus and in the healthcare industry overall. However, somewhere along the lines the feeling of being overwhelmed has morphed into a feeling of exhilaration as our company continues to build our business with new partners across the U.S.
In February, our Chronic Care Management division treated over 2,000 patients for the first time since its inception. This was a tremendous feat for the CCM department as they continue to grow by signing on new patients each and every day. The discovery that true care coordination goes much further than a simple telephone conversation has inspired our team of experts to build relationships and get much more involved in the life of the patients they treat. Knowing that we are part of a much bigger picture and truly impacting the health of people we work with has inspired everyone at iSalus to understand the purpose behind everything we do across the board.
Another change is the decision to spread our wings at iSalus and move beyond our four walls here in our hometown of Indianapolis. We are building our staff with people across the U.S. and have just welcomed three new Business Development Executives who will be able to meet with providers in person and really get to know what the needs are of each practice they connect with. Coming from Indiana, the land of Hoosier hospitality, we know that relationships matter. Therefore, as we continue to grow our staff accordingly, we are determined to keep the message of being a true partner at the core of what we do for our providers and their patients. We want to be a business partner with each practice we help and having someone there to walk the walk with you is part of that initiative. We’re also investing more time and money in getting out in the public to introduce ourselves. If you haven’t already, you’ll be seeing us at more trade shows to introduce ourselves and shake the hands of the providers we work with while meeting new providers too. In fact, our co-founder Dr. Chuck Dietzen will be one of the keynote speakers at the HIMSS Dev4Health conference, April 30th in Cleveland. If you’re there, make sure to come find our booth and say, “Hi!”
We’ve built some pretty amazing partnerships so far in 2018, so keep an eye out for upcoming press releases detailing any news. Also, make sure you’re connected by liking, following and connecting with us through Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn. We love staying in touch with those who have dedicated their lives to improving the lives of others.
